Commercial Electrical Project Manager
The successful candidate will have 6 or more years of
experience as a commercial electrical Project Manager with the ability to
manage multiple projects efficiently within the construction industry. Please do not apply unless you have COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.
Must possess solid experience in site coordination,
scheduling, budgets, estimating, job cost tracking, team management and design
build projects. Knowledgeable in all
areas including electrical codes, practices and procedures, purchasing and
vendor negotiations.
Required skills:
Strong command of the English language both oral and written
Computer literate
Read and estimate from plans and specs
Professional demeanor as well as appearance
Negotiation skills are a plus
Estimating software experience as well as composing proposals, change
orders RFI etc.
On time delivery of project, close out documents etc.
Detail, organized of all project documents
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
Strong work ethics
Ability to make logical, intuitive and responsible decisions
Ability to interact effectively on all levels
Clean driving record
Verifiable work history
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in
construction science, construction management.
